fabulospirit?

Campania mizeaza pe cuvintul inventat „Fabulospirit“, pentru ca ministerul nu a identificat nici o alta trasatura pur romaneasca. "

I just don't get it.
I mean it is difficult to brand romania but fabulospirit?
Do you feel the fabulospirit? What does it mean?
